1. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

2. Buyer should allow within 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on all the items due to different ways of measurement.

3. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

4. Buyer may request for gift delivery. Contact us and we will be glad to help you in preparing a gift card with personalized message with NO charges (FREE).

5. Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicated the date you wish your goods to be delivered.

6. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

7. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.

8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

9. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

10. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

- Poslaju Courier-> 1st 500g RM 7.00 (W/M),(E/M) RM10.00
- Register Mail -> 1st 500g RM 3.00 (W/M),(E/M) RM 5.00 (Depends on weight)

*Goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and public holiday).
*All prices do not include postage. Postage is to be borne by the purchaser you are required to pay payment of your total purchase + postage.*Items sold are new and in good condition.
